'London Gateway' Screenprint

'London Gateway', screenprint, 56cm x 76cm, edition of 8. This picture shows London Gateway container terminal, with River Thames low tide mud flats in the foreground. I love the patterns of the channels in the mud, and the contrast with the orange tufts of grass and green coated rocks. The picture explores horizontal layers of texture and colour, the vertical water channels and cranes, geometric man-made structures and organic natural forms.
